Pre-visit screening questionnaire​- Lansky Play Performance Scale (LPPS) to determine Performance Status of Pediatric Cancer Patient and treatment options available for that patient (based on their current status). Based on treatment options, will assess if likely procedure can fit into time schedule of nearest provider.

A high LPPS score indicates that the patient has performance status appropriate for chemotherapy (1st step requiring 4 hours), otherwise alternative appointment (15-20 min)
