Based on a patients known disease, we utilize machine learning to predict the likelihood of the next escalation of action (before the visit). Our strategy is to using pre-visit screening via clinically validated questionnaires, which is directly used to assess eligibility of a treatment or the likely procedure to be performed in an appointment.

Dr. Andrew Chacko
Dr. Chacko specializes in healthcare innovation and leadership.  He teaches clinicians and engineers how to become design thinkers and leaders in healthcare.  He draws extensively on his medical knowledge, his training and work as a designer and innovator, and his career-long focus on leadership established by his service as a Naval Officer.  He has taught workshops in design thinking across the continuum of learners, from high school students to graduate engineers and seasoned clinicians.

He has also worked as an Intensive care unit physician involving management of the critically ill with expertise in endotracheal intubation, ventilator management, chest tube placement, central catheter insertion, bronchoscopy and ultrasonography to aid in the diagnosis and management of disease.
Dr. Girish Subramanyan
Dr. Girish Subramanyan is a psychiatrist in private practice in San Francisco specializing in the treatment of adult with mood and anxiety disorders, including treatment-resistant forms of these conditions. He received his medical education at Harvard Medical School and completed his residency in general psychiatry at U.C.S.F. He has been in practice since 2003. He is also involved the digital health technology and has advised startups in this space. Currently, he serves as Chief Clinical Officer for Spring Health, a behavioral health startup in New York City, that utilizes machine-learning derived algorithms to predict response to psychiatric treatments.
